​ ​Seth has been with Pueblo Water for more than 20 years and has been the Executive Director since November 2016.

Clayton earned a BS in Business Administration with a major in accounting from Colorado State University-Pueblo and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Clayton is a board member of the UC Health-Parkview Medical Center, the Southeastern Colorado Water Conservancy District, the Front Range Water Council, the Busk Ivanhoe Water System Authority, and an ex-officio board member of PEDCO.
