Board Term: 2022 to 2025

​ Ken Brenner is a Yampa Valley native with decades of public service including Steamboat Springs City Council and Colorado Mountain College Trustee (eight years each). He has just completed 14 years as an Upper Yampa Water Conservancy District Director. He serves as the IBCC representative, PEPO Chair and Vice Chair for the Yampa River on the Yampa White Green Basin Roundtable. Ken is a board member for the Colorado Water Congress, Chairs the Headwaters of the Colorado Initiative and has a keen interest in water policy matters.
