​ ​Andy joined the Colorado Springs Utilities in 2002 and is responsible for all state and federal legislative activities affecting Colorado Springs Utilities including water, wastewater and gas and electricity issues.  Andy serves on the Board of Directors of the National Water Resources Association, the Colorado Water Congress and chairs the Federal Affairs Committee.  He spent more than seven years working in Washington, D.C. and Colorado on energy and natural resources for U.S. Senator’s Bill Armstrong and Wayne Allard.  Andy was born in Grand Junction and has a BA from the University of Utah.
