​ ​Siri Roman is the General Manager of Eagle River Water and Sanitation District, the largest water provider and wastewater treatment operator in the Upper Colorado Basin.

Siri is a Professional Engineer with a degree in Environmental Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder. She started her career as a design engineer, designing and managing water, wastewater and bridge infrastructure projects across the western slope. After several years working in design and project management she moved into operations. First, overseeing wastewater and in-stream water quality programs, and then evolving into overseeing District-wide operations including reservoir operations, distribution and collection systems and water and wastewater treatment systems.

Siri feels fortunate to be leading the talented and dedicated District team who serve the community and protect the Eagle River watershed - especially when creative, thoughtful, collaborative, and data-driven solutions are needed to meet today's water challenges.
